Framed Original Vintage Nautical Print Schooner

• Original black and white sepia toned historical photograph of a famous vessel. The Inca was a five-masted schooner, notable as an early example of this rig and specifically, the first true five-masted schooner built on the West Coast of the United States. The Inca was primarily engaged in offshore trade, carrying lumber, often with large deckloads, to destinations like New Zealand and Australia. The Inca was well-known in the Pacific for over two decades and was considered a particularly handsome vessel. This specific piece has a personalized note on the back of frame, as seen in photo.
